The Metafix RW2 process monitoring and control system offers end users automated monitoring and quality control for rinse baths, concentrate baths and metal working fluid trays. The Metafix RW2 utilizes a central instrumentation hub to perform highly accurate pH, conductivity, temperature, refraction index sampling. The data from sampling is then compared to pre-programmed set points and the system can make adjustments to the sample point if needed. The Metafix process monitoring and control system provides real time data for quality assurance.
